NebuSelect™ Influenza A H4N6 Hemagglutinin / HA Monoclonal Antibody (CAT# NBAB-106546) was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Influenza A virus H4N6 Hemagglutinin. The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography .

Reactivity:

IHC, FCM, IF, IP et al. applications haven't been validated. (Antibody's applications haven't been validated with corresponding virus positive samples. Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the end user.)

The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or antibody diluent, the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4℃.
